InHand Networks CR202 Lite — Portable 4G Cellular Router for Mobile and Remote Connectivity
The InHand Networks CR202 Lite is a compact 4G cellular router designed for portable Internet access in remote work, mobile operations, travel, field service and other situations where a flexible connectivity device is needed. The existing SabertoothPro listing is being retained and brought into the Ella storefront while preserving its original product URL.
Portable connectivity for business and mobile use
The CR202 Lite combines cellular, Wi-Fi and wired networking in a compact design. InHand's current product information identifies the CR202-Lite as a 4G/Wi-Fi 4 portable router with a 3000mAh battery and cloud-management capability. The product is designed to provide a practical way to establish a local network where fixed Internet is unavailable, inconvenient or not the best fit for the deployment.
Compact design and flexible power
The CR202 Lite is built around portability. Its foldable antenna and compact enclosure make it easier to transport between locations, while the detachable 3000mAh battery configuration can provide additional flexibility for mobile deployments. InHand's product information describes the battery as supporting portable use and the device as suitable for users who need connectivity away from a fixed network installation.
Multiple ways to connect
The CR202 Lite supports cellular, Wi-Fi and wired access. A compatible cellular service can provide the Internet connection, while Wi-Fi can share connectivity with local devices. Wired networking can be used where an Ethernet connection is required. This combination makes the router adaptable to remote offices, temporary workspaces, field operations and mobile business deployments.
Business continuity and remote work
For teams working outside a traditional office, a portable cellular router can provide an independent connectivity option for laptops, phones, point-of-sale equipment, monitoring devices and other networked equipment. It can also be considered as part of a broader backup-connectivity strategy, subject to the carrier, service plan and network design selected for the deployment.
Cloud management
InHand identifies the CR202-Lite as compatible with InHand Device Manager. Cloud management can help organizations monitor and manage supported InHand devices remotely, which is particularly useful when equipment is deployed across multiple locations or used by mobile teams.
Practical deployment scenarios
- Remote work and temporary offices
- Field service and mobile teams
- Travel and portable business Internet
- Temporary connectivity at events or job sites
- Remote equipment and small connected deployments
- RV and mobile Internet use where appropriate
